技术销售工程师/Technical Sales Engineer

工作职责
  • 向客户提供高效的销售演示
  • 支持和发展本地 CRT合作伙伴和最终用户
  • 了解建筑行业,面向建筑总承包商、MEP 承包商、项目业主、工程师和设计院并与之合作。
  • 与区域销售经理合作并支持区域增长
  • 与建筑大客户、现有CRT 经销商和潜在最终用户紧密合作,开拓业务
  • 洞察客户需求及其痛点
  • 培训客户使用扫描仪、放样解决方案、MR 产品和相关软件等建筑建造解决方案
  • 到客户现场进行业务拓展及其它与销售相关的工作
  • 规划和预测季度活动、营销和销售数据,达成季度和年度目标
  • 现场或远程支持客户解决项目特定的技术问题
  • 灵活地工作时间以支持客户和分销商
工作要求
  • 本科学历,土木工程、机电工程师、建筑管理或企业管理专业优先
  • 5年以上建筑工程相关领域的工作经验,BIM设计,建筑咨询工作经验优先考虑
  • 5年以上的销售经理经验,具有良好的渠道销售和直销经验
  • 精通AutoCAD和其他相关 CAD/BIM 设计包的软件知识
  • 拥有较强的人际关系,善于倾听、谈判和与客户建立良好关系的能力
  • 有较强的沟通能力,良好的英语水平
  • 适应快节奏、不断变化的环境,较强的抗压力
  • 具有独立思考和创造性的思维
  • 适应国内高频次出差
Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective sales demonstrations and presentations to customers
  • Support and develop local CRT partners and end-users
  • Knowledge of building industry to be able to target and engage with building General contractors, MEP contractors, Project Owners, Engineers, and design institute.
  • To succeed, the Sales Engineer will need to work together with the regional sales manager and support regional growth
  • Business development will start with key building construction accounts, current CRT dealers and potential end-users
  • Interfacing with customers to identify customer needs and their pain points
  • Train clients in using BCFS solutions such as scanner, layout solution, MR and related softwares
  • Travel to customer sites for business development, any and all sales related functions
  • Planning and Forecasting quarterly activity, marketing, and sales figures
  • Meet Quarterly and year targets
  • Support customers with project specific technical questions either onsite or remotely
  • Flexibility to work off-hours to support customers and distributors

工作要求
  • 3年以上版权销售相关的工作经验
  • 本科以上学历,法学/商务管理及其相关领域
  • 有一定的设计和建筑软件方面版权维护相关知识
  • 非常强的沟通能力
  • 有一定的版权流程方面管理客户的知识和经验
Job Summary
  • Investigate potential license compliance suspects by using special tools as well as thoroughly searching the web.
  • Communicate with illegal users to ensure success and maximization of LC programs
  • Coordination with local sales team for all LC deals and generate direct sales
  • Process the LC method into the specified construction market
  • Coordinate with the Customers to properly enforce LC
Skills & Experience Required:
  • 3+ Years in License Compliance Sales experience
  • Bachelor degree in law, business management, and related field.
  • Knowledge of License Compliance in the Design and Construction Software Segment
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Knowledge and experience managing customers in a License Compliance process

  • Communicate with end users by telephone / letter / visiting customers to help end users solve license compliance issue and maintain SketchUp intellectual property rights of Trimble.
  • give support to SketchUp LC partner for closing big projects;
  • Development SketchUp LC business in the assigned region and meet quota.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, marketing or legal background preferred;
  • About five years’ working experience in telemarketing or software legalization;
  • Adapt to short-term travel;
  • Strong coordination, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Willing to work under pressure, embrace self-challenge, strong learning ability;
